§ Design note
  1. 01Daylight First. Tall arched windows flood the space with daylight; the artificial lighting is tuned to complement it rather than compete.
  2. 02Material & History. Directed light follows the exposed brick walls and timber joinery, giving the historic building a warm presence into the evening.
  3. 03Creative Calm. Matching the design's Scandinavian minimalism, the lighting keeps a visual quiet that gives the stage to creative work.

§ Technical notes
  1. 01Workplane Lighting. Even, comfortable levels at the workstations balance the daylight as it shifts through the day.
  2. 02Glare Control. Fixture placement and optics reduce glare for screen work beside the large windows.
  3. 03Feature Lighting. Decorative pendants punctuate the kitchen bar, cafe corners, and communal dining areas.
  4. 04Interior Coordination. Lighting is coordinated with the greenery arches, joinery, and historic walls so fixtures sit cleanly within the space.
