§ Design note
  1. 01Continuing the Daylight. The narrow, deep windows create a uniform movement of natural light; the artificial lighting carries that same movement into the evening.
  2. 02Presence on the Ridge. At night, the lit stone facades give the building a quiet presence above Highway 40, as the gateway to the industrial council.
  3. 03Dialogue with the Desert. Light levels are calibrated to the Negev's dark night landscape — a measured presence that does not compete with the desert sky.
§ Technical notes
  1. 01Facade Integration. Fixtures are integrated with the stone facades and the curving concrete wall so the lighting reads as part of the architecture.
  2. 02Atrium Lighting. Pendant fixtures and indirect light accompany the atrium across its floors and the curving timber balustrade.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Optics and aiming control glare and limit spill into the dark desert surroundings.
  4. 04Outdoor Durability. Exterior fixtures are specified for the desert climate and straightforward long-term maintenance.
