§ Design note
  1. 01Night-time Presence. After dark, the lit facades give the center a clear, welcoming presence at the edge of the Buchman neighborhood.
  2. 02Gathering Plaza. Light shapes the stepped amphitheater plaza into a comfortable outdoor gathering space for the evening.
  3. 03Material Expression. Grazing and accent light bring out the perforated-metal and timber facades, expressing the building's materials at night.

§ Technical notes
  1. 01Facade Integration. Fixtures are integrated with the perforated cladding, timber soffits, and canopies so the lighting reads as part of the architecture.
  2. 02Pathway Lighting. Integrated step lighting and pole fixtures light the stepped plaza, arcade, and escalators for safe, even circulation.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Optics and aiming control glare and limit spill toward the surrounding residential streets.
  4. 04Outdoor Durability. Fixtures are specified for exterior conditions and simple maintenance access across the retail perimeter.
