§ Design note
- 01Light for a Public Square. Light gives the busy urban plaza a warm, welcoming night identity that suits crowds, street performers, and the everyday gathering at the heart of downtown.
- 02Canopy of Light. An array of fixtures fans out over the square from a central point, forming a canopy of light that shapes the open space without poles on the ground.
- 03Festive and Everyday. Warm festoon strings between the buildings give the square a festive character that suits both an ordinary evening and events.

§ Technical notes
- 01Catenary Lighting. Fixtures are suspended on a network of tensioned cables spanning the square, keeping the plaza floor and historic facades clear of poles.
- 02Linear LED Luminaires. Linear LED luminaires mounted along the radial cables wash the square below with even light.
- 03Decorative Festoon Strings. Warm festoon strings are strung between the surrounding buildings, adding a decorative layer of light above the street.
- 04Facade-Anchored Mounting. Plates and anchors fix the cable network to the surrounding stone buildings, with discreet hardware suited to a historic streetscape.
