- 01Exterior Heritage Presence. The lighting gives Batei Mahse a clear and dignified night-time identity, presenting the building as a significant historic element within the Jewish Quarter.
- 02Facade Rhythm. Light emphasizes the repeated arches, vertical supports, and horizontal lines of the facade, helping the building read as a coherent architectural composition.
- 03Material Expression. The design reveals the texture and mass of the Jerusalem stone, strengthening the historic character of the exterior without visual overload.

- 01Exterior Lighting Only. The scope focuses on the exterior envelope and facade composition; no interior lighting was included.
- 02Architectural Accents. Lighting is positioned to define the arches, openings, piers, and key facade edges with a calm and legible hierarchy.
- 03Glare Control. Fixture aiming and optics are planned to reduce glare and keep the night-time view comfortable in the surrounding public space.
- 04Heritage Coordination. Lighting is integrated with the historic stone facade and selected to support long-term outdoor operation with minimal visual clutter.
