§ Design note
  1. 01Campus Public Realm. The lighting supports the open spaces between the office buildings, helping the campus read as an active urban environment rather than a collection of separate buildings.
  2. 02Outdoor Movement. Light clarifies pedestrian routes, entrances, seating areas, and the commercial avenue, making the landscape comfortable and legible after dark.
  3. 03Work–Leisure Atmosphere. The design balances professional office-campus identity with a more relaxed public realm atmosphere for employees, visitors, restaurants, and evening activity.
§ Technical notes
  1. 01Landscape Lighting. Lighting is planned for pathways, planted areas, seating zones, and outdoor public spaces across the development.
  2. 02Commercial Avenue. Light supports the shared ground-level commercial areas and improves orientation between buildings.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Fixture placement and optics are selected to reduce glare for pedestrians, office users, restaurants, and adjacent roads.
  4. 04Outdoor Durability. Equipment is selected for exterior operation, maintenance access, long-term reliability, and integration with landscape details.
