§ Design note
  1. 01Public Realm Identity. Light gives the development's shared spaces a calm evening identity, extending Florentin's street life into the gardens, plaza, and pedestrian corridors after dark.
  2. 02Pedestrian Corridors. Warm festoon lighting threads through the tree canopy along the four green corridors, guiding movement between the surrounding streets and the central plaza.
  3. 03Towers at Night. Restrained accent lighting lets the four residential towers read clearly against the night sky without overwhelming the apartments or the public spaces below.

§ Technical notes
  1. 01Pathway Lighting. Lighting levels are planned for safe, comfortable pedestrian movement along the decks, corridors, and seating areas of the public realm.
  2. 02Festoon Integration. Festoon and catenary lighting is coordinated with the trees, shade sails, and street furniture so the warm canopy reads as part of the landscape, not added on top of it.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Optics and fixture positions are selected to limit glare and spill light toward the apartments and the surrounding streets.
  4. 04Outdoor Durability. Equipment is selected for long-term exterior operation, maintenance access, and integration with the landscape and deck details.
