§ Design note
  1. 01Night-time Presence. After dark, the illuminated multi-level facades give the center a clear, welcoming presence within the Ramat Hadar neighborhood.
  2. 02Storefront Rhythm. Light animates the run of storefronts, cafes, and signage, drawing visitors along the arcade in the evening hours.
  3. 03Layered Levels. Lighting distinguishes the center's stacked commercial levels, keeping the section legible and easy to navigate from outside and in.
§ Technical notes
  1. 01Facade Integration. Linear fixtures are integrated under the eaves, canopies, and floor bands so the lighting reads as part of the architecture.
  2. 02Arcade Lighting. Even, comfortable levels light the covered arcade, escalators, and storefronts for clear circulation and inviting shopfronts.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Optics and aiming control glare and limit spill toward the surrounding residential streets.
  4. 04Outdoor Durability. Fixtures are specified for exterior conditions and simple maintenance access across the retail perimeter.
