§ Design note
  1. 01Urban Connection. The lighting supports the exterior development as an urban connector, helping the project relate to the broader public realm beyond the building itself.
  2. 02Linear Landscape Rhythm. Light reinforces the sequence of outdoor strips, pathways, planting areas, and circulation zones, giving the landscape a clear night-time structure.
  3. 03Commercial Evening Atmosphere. The design balances orientation, comfort, and activity, supporting visitors, office users, and the commercial ground-level experience after dark.
§ Technical notes
  1. 01Outdoor Circulation. Lighting levels are planned around pedestrian movement, entrances, walkways, and shared exterior areas.
  2. 02Landscape Integration. Fixtures are coordinated with planting, paving, seating zones, and outdoor development details.
  3. 03Glare & Spill Control. Optics and fixture positions are selected to reduce glare for pedestrians, drivers, office users, and nearby public areas.
  4. 04Commercial Operation. Lighting equipment is planned for long operating hours, exterior durability, maintenance access, and daily commercial use.
