§ Design note
- 01Urban Plaza Identity. The lighting reinforces Dizengoff Circle as a recognizable civic space and social meeting point in central Tel Aviv.
- 02Circular Composition. Light supports the restored circular geometry of the plaza, emphasizing paths, seating areas, planting, and the relationship between the fountain and surrounding public space.
- 03Evening Public Life. The design creates a comfortable and active night-time atmosphere for pedestrians, visitors, cafés, and everyday urban use.

§ Technical notes
- 01Public Realm Lighting. Lighting levels are planned around pedestrian circulation, seating areas, planted zones, and plaza edges.
- 02Landscape Integration. Fixtures are coordinated with paving, planting, furniture, and the restored public-space layout.
- 03Glare Control. Optics and fixture positions are selected to reduce glare for pedestrians, nearby buildings, vehicles, and café seating areas.
- 04Urban Operation. Lighting equipment is considered for long-term outdoor use, maintenance access, municipal operation, and daily public activity.
